Fundraiser filled with coffee drinks, sweet treats & outdoor gathering!

Last year was a dream of a morning gathering together with ample goodies to choose from. We are still so grateful for the success of this event, the happiness that filled the property & the mamas of loss that were supported through this bake sale. The community that donated goodies, showed up that morning & continued to encourage us through the days proceeding still fill our hearts so full. Let’s do it all again!

Requirments

Do you agree to have your servings each wrapped individually? Do you agree to label if any of your items are made specifically allergen friendly? ex. Dairy free, Gluten free. Do you agree to label if your product includes nuts?

I agree to individually wrap, mark if it is allergen free of some sort & mention if there are nuts.

Drop Off Options

Are you able to drop off your baked goods to the location (Cedar Lake near St. John) on Tuesday, September 5 between 9 am & 4 pm?

Yes, I can make that happen.

That won't work for me, but I can make something work Monday (Labor Day).

I cannot drop off at all, but would still like to donate baked goods.

Donations & Sponsorships

At this time we are accepting donation signups for this bake sale to be another success! Here are some ideas for donations:

Pie slices, cookies, cinnamon rolls, brownies, etc.
Pretzels, popcorn, nut mixes
Lemonade & other beverages

We ask that these goodies are individually wrapped prior to delivery/pickup & that if they are made specifically free of certain allergens that they are labeled as such.

Monetary donations are so appreciated as well for those who would like to participate that either burn their cookies or live far away - just donate to our general fund & mention “bake sale”!

SPONSORSHIPS

Businesses & corporations looking to donate products or funds equal to or more than our event sponsorship level of $250 will be presented on marketing materials for this Bake Sale Event. We are excited to see what businesses we are able to partner with for this uplifting & community driven morning gathering!

All donations are tax deductible. Sponsorship submissions will be followed up for next steps. Thank you!
